Pentree, Incorporated provided engineering services to Ravencliff-McGraws-Saulsville PSD (RMSPSD) for construction of a 0.88 mgd water treatment plant, water transmission and distribution lines, and water storage facilities.

RMSPSD's current water treatment plant (0.88 mgd) was constructed in phases as additional water system extensions were planned and constructed. In 1989, a 0.22 mgd water treatment plant was constructed to serve approximately 300 customers. In 1993, the water treatment plant was expanded to 0.44 mgd. In 1998, the water treatment plant was expanded to 0.88 mgd.

RMSPSD currently provides water service to approximately 800 customers, including a 66 unit nursing home, two schools, a 4-H camp, and Twin Falls State Park. The Twin Falls is the PSD's largest customer using up to 600,000 gallons per month.

Pentree, Incorporated has provided engineering services and other assistance to RMSPSD in the completion of four separate water projects the last fifteen years having a total project cost of approximately $8.7 million.

The most recent extensions for RMSPSD are Keyrock(complete) & Jesse-Matheny(under construction) which provide water service to an additional 600 customers at an estimated cost of $8.0 million.

Pentree, Incorporated has provided preliminary engineering reports, studies, funding application assistance (both state and federal), preliminary and final design, mapping, property acquisition, permitting and regulatory approvals, bid and contract document preparation, bid evaluation, construction administration and project close out services since 1988.
